I received an article about Personal Kaizen: 15 Tips to continuous improvement. After reading it, I was left with complete inspiration and motivation. I felt 18 years old again and the world was at my feet.
Kaizen is the japanese philosophy of continuous improvement. In America we tend to lean towards “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” Successful japanese companies have used this improvement theory as a practice and tool but it may also be applied personally.
Learning an instrument, participating in a Pecha Kucha event or even watching a TED conference are ways to enhance oneself.
The willingness to learn and the capacity to see the lessons around you will lead you on a path to Kaizen.
