Paper Back Wreath
NOTE:  No innocent books was harmed in the making of this wreath. I was in the mood to create a wreath for the library I volunteer at and was limited in resources to do so. There were some damaged paper back books that were about to be tossed in the trash. Don’t use books that are still in good condition, look for ones that the pages are falling out of the binding. My mom is a master crocheter/knitter/seamstress.  I think it’s in the genes since her father was a master tailor in Germany prior to the war So when it came time for me to learn, I was a typical teenager.  I didn’t keep up with it. I’m a wizard of single crochet and double crochet if I’m making a blanket.  But try a round or some type of apparel piece….forget it. ...
